My New Pontiac G8 with the V8

    Hello everyone!
You might rememeber me from a posts long ago!

Anyway, I decided on the G8 GT instead of the evo, and I am extremely happy with my decision.

    damn, I remember you...

still think it's an overkill car as your first car, probably better than the Evo though.

Is that still the dealer logo plate attached to the trunk lid? Didn't you insure it before driving off the lot?

Yeah: from the back you'll see the dealer logo (Freehold Pontiac Buick GMC) and the temporary paper-plate. I have plates now though.

Yea, you might even be able to get away with that for a while. Just tell the cops you're on an extended test drive.

Congrats. I hope you get a lot of enjoyment out of it. I bought my son a G6 and despite what you read it has been a great car with lots of room, good power and better than expected reliability. I hope you get the same from your G8.
