Anybody know this car? Some info , images? Thanks
to me looks like a Ligier JS2 with popup headlights
12 cylinders or walk!
Maybe it should somehow be connected with DeTomaso... The yellow car in the background looks like DeTomaso Mangusta to me.
rap, where did u get this pic?
My friend have send me this image. Then he found something interesting for me, he send me this. I meke a book about cars and he know this. This book is private I dont have copyright for all pictures I have. I search pictures from Carabo I dont have luck.
I mean this unknow car have something with Ford to do. Yes its Mangusta. Mangusta have motor from Ford. And this red look like a proposal from something.
Thank you all for help.
The white letters on the wheels are more american style. Any further information?
As far as I can judge, the sign on the numberplate is the name of the car. Then, I think it may read '...th X' - I can't see the beginning. Tho I'm not sure in ending, too.
Maybe it has a link with Guanci, the Pantera based US car?
Or perhaps a prototype for the Pantera?
Lack of charisma can be fatal.
Visca Catalunya!
Hi
I have speak with my frend they have my send this image. He say in this magazines are cars like Cougar II , Mustang Allegro, Bearcat, Mach 2 concept cars. All these cars are from Ford. I have search on internet all these cars, but nothing look like this red one. The third red car on picture is Mustang Mach 2 concept. Can by that this unknow car have something with Mustang mach 2 to do?
I did look among Ford concept cars and prototypes, but found nothing yet.
I have seen pics of this car before and am reasonably sure it was some sort of kitcar (or kitcar prototype) from the USA, not from Fiberfab but similar
Most probably from the 1970s, or maybe 1980s
It looks familar to me, too, but I don't think that it's a kit car. And it doesn't look like concept car. I think it's some sort of small series American sportscar, maybe using Ford engine, having in mind that it is related to Ford Motor Co.
It's probably from the late sixties/early seventies, otherwise it doesn't make sense to show it together with DeTomaso Mangusta and Ford Mustang Mach II. Maybe something from (Ford-engined) McLaren?
