I have started forming a list of things I want to do to it and now just need the resources to carry them out!

Now what would that list include?

The question is whether the parts that are now used in Saturn models will be used on other GM non-Saturn products.

For example Elise K-series owners could source engine-transmission parts from Rover dealerships (before Rover shut down)

If I have to make a guess, the 1,8l I4 will not be used in many cars

IIRC the Astra is related to the Cobalt, so Chevy dealers can probably service it.

I absolutely love it, its a hoot to drive and the suspension feels much nicer than most other things I have driven.

That's because its not American Nice car though, looks odd without the big Vauxhall "V" grille in my opinion, but thats just because it's all i've ever known. Just needs a VXR engine in it and an LSD between the fronts to keep all the torque-steer in check

Nice car! - I used to have a 5-door version but the engine / spec wasn't as good as yours. Miles better than a Slobalt!

The Saturn brochure I had a year or two ago noted a possible "RedLine" model which I'm guessing is a VXR. Whether or not it is or will be released is another story.

Normally aspirated 1.8 litre four cylinder with 140bhp.

Niice, i Like the 'SportHatch' as we call them over here. I tried looking for a 1.4 SportHatch when buying a new car recently but they were too new to get a decent one in budget

paint wheels

smoke tail lights
