$4 on Wendy's Baconator. To make up for my disappointment with KFC's "doubledown", and totally worth the years it took off my life. 2 beef patties, 6 strips of bacon, 2 slices of cheese, mayo, ketchup, mustard, pickles, onions, tomatoes and lettuce all in a bun.

980 calories, 62 grams of fat, 215 mg of cholesterol, 2020 mg of sodium. On the plus side it does have 59 grams of protein though... And those vegetables are all healthy, right?

Haha. Yeah, it's pretty bad. The KFC double down on the other hand, despite all the hullabaloo over it, is pretty comparable to all the other fast food burgers and has about half of everything compared to this.

I haven't had Wendy's in a long time. I honestly prefer none of the fast food chains, but if it had to be burgers, it'd either be Wendy's or Burger King.

On the other hand, I haven't tried Jack in the Box or Checkers. I'm a bit curious.

Jack in the Box is my favorite (big cheese burger off the value menu and curly fries), but the one near where I am now is pretty bad, so when I do get fast food I usually go somewhere else.

Absolutely. Home made anything is better, but I don't know of any outstanding ones. I haven't looked hard enough for sure.

Shake Shack is supposed to be pretty good, but that's kinda expensive.
