It was made in 1939, definately not solar powered.
It's the Mercedes-Benz T80 with a 44.5 litre engine putting out between 3000 and 3500bhp, depending on who you ask.

Once I know what is that, I'm shocked, 44.5 litre, 3500 bhp in 1939, I had to give that awesome machine a 9.5/10, sorry 10 is impossible, it is nearly perfect but perfection doesn't exist
