A shitload of cars today from driving in Yorkville in downtown Toronto - passed the one of the two Ferrari dealerships in Toronto which is beside the Rolls Royce dealership on Avenue Road; also had a peek around the Bentley dealership, as well as the Jaguar / Land Rover / Aston Martin all found on Dupont. So my buddy and I had a good look at Vantages, a Vanden Plas, an XJR, XK8 Mark I and II, various X types, an S-type, Bentley Continental Flying Spurs, etc etc. I was sad to notice that the DBR9 that was in the dealership a year or so ago was not there this time - I didn't even see any DB9s or Vantages unlike last time. There was also what looked to be a Rolls Royce or older Bentley at the dealership - form the 60's or 70's but I cannot identify it.

Here are the various other cars we saw while cruising (It may sound unbelievable, but it was true)

About 10 3-Series including an E30 M3 at a dealership (A Lotus Esprit was there as well, and we passed the Lotus dealership as well - Esprits and Exiges abound), as well as two E92 coupes - which looked absolutely stunning in person.

    About 8 5-Series including E39s and E60s.

    2 E38s and 2 E65 7-Series.

    3 Audi Q 7s.

Finally, the most ridiculous, my buddy always claims to see tons of Lincoln Town Cars, but I never see them. Between him and me, we saw in excess of 30 Lincoln Town Cars on the way downtown and downtown. The reason they are so common is they are the cab car of choice in Toronto - along with Tauruses and Crown Victorias (He is actually buying a 2005 or 2004 ex-Ontario Provincial Police Crown Vic this weekend to replace his 1990 Cadillac Brougham d'Ellegance). The actually number may be well over 30 in fasct, we were literally seeing them every minute for a period of time.

slightly off topic, but today I saw four green parrots in the trees in front of our house...the current temperature is about +2 degrees....apparently the birds have sort of adapted...

Are they also in Rozenburg, Damm they are flying here (Rijswijk-Den Haag) for almost 3 years now.

    It surely looks funny.

BMW Z4 M. Very nice looking. In blue actually.

I've been seeing a lot of new Accords and Toyota Highlanders. Highlanders are actually quite ugly...

    Wow, how shall I start?

    Porsche 997 911 Targa

    Plenty of Jaguar XJs

    Audi A8 W12

    Maybach 62 and a 62S

    Rolls Royce Phantom

A couple of Bentley Flying Spurs/Continental GTs

    Audi S6

    Audi S5

    Awesome day today in Manhattan.

One of my more expensive days.

    Edit-

    1. It was a 997 Targa, in white nonetheless.

    2. It was a new RS6. I saw the egg crate grill.

    Edit again-

Might not have been an RS6, just an S6. Hate it when you spot cars coming quickly the other way.

Lucky sod. I traveled Fifth Avenue back and forth hoping to see awesome cars, and I only saw a Bentley Continental. When I saw how New Yorkers drive I understood why there weren't many supercars around though.

    Heh.

You need to spend some time around the area. I bet that's how Piacki does his spotting in Paris.

Adding up the prices of those cars, it must have been around $3 million.

Now that I think back, I also saw these cars-

plenty of Lexus LS 460s, one LS600 Hybrid

a mix of Maseratis- the 2 door V8 coupes (not the new ones), and Quattroportes
