    Honda S2000 CR 2008-2009

Yes, this is the S2000 Type S, but it's the Japanese version of the CR.

Please move this to the Hide Out.

The other thread is the prototype.

It's supposedly lighter, stiffer, and more race-oriented than the stock ver.
I'm dropping out to create a company that starts with motorcycles, then cars, and forty years later signs a legendary Brazilian driver who has a public and expensive feud with his French teammate.

You forgot the fact that it has a fugly rear wing.

    Honda S2000 CR #3

You know, as I've grown older, I'm not a big fan of the S2000 CR. The front lip looks like a snow plow.

Give me a regular S2000 any day.

    I saw.

You know, what's even more sad is that it's been more than 10 years now and Honda still hasn't made anything as interesting as the S2000, if you discount the NSX which 95% of us can't afford.

    Au contraire mon ami.

Honda does make a very interesting drivers car, one that we could afford.

    Only we can't buy it.

    It's the S660.

I'm not really that interested in the NSX.

    It's ugly though.

The new new new Civic is meant to be good.

Ok fine, but that's JDM only.

Nor am I, but it's the most exciting thing out of Honda right now.

Unless you're into the next Civic Type R, which is so-so I guess, but not my cup of tea. That's a little too over the top, and at that point I think it'd cost more than a WRX, which defeats the purpose in my opinion.

There's no need to wait for the next Civic Type-R. There's the current Civic Type-R.

I wouldn't be caught dead in a car geared specifically for a race track I've never been to or with such a preposterous rear wing, but if that's your thing...
