But seriously I'm using my PS3 right now because I'm playing World at War with my buddies. And Little Big Planet is PS3-exclusive. I'll plug back the 360 when I'll feel like playing with random dudes on the internet.

Yeah I'll give the PS3 that - that looks like a sick game.

As I've said before, sitting largely on the sidelines for this generation, I'd say the XBox has the best games by a long shot too. The most killer applications let's say.

Well I like the price drop....I am almost tempted now to buy a PS3....though the game I'd buy now probably is just the MSG4....

competitively priced for a good BD player too...

I just dont appreciate the nine hours of cutscenes in MGS4.. I think its MGS 2 or 3 that I owned last - Even that was bordering on too many. not to mention the crazy convoluted story lines..

EDIT: mine's been fine - I've had one issue where it was replaced with a new system free of charge - Didnt even have to wait a week before the new one arrived.

My brother's is fine, but it wasn't one of the first ones. The seem to have had most of the problems. I think bill gates just chose you as his b*tch.

I have a Wii as well, it's not really all that special.
i played a lot more on the ship than i do now. spending duty days on the ship for 24 hours gives you a lot of free time, and i actually had a bunch of time at lunch when i could goof off. also, if the day was quiet, and nothing was really going on, and i just had to be there, i could get some gaming in. these days, i get to play a game for me about once a week, then the wife and i also play rockband a few times on the weekend.

My girlfriend has always been a Nintendo person and she's now playing LBP with me, and enjoys it.

She's still plays with her GameCube rather regularly.

I'd play with her gamecube too.

My missus fools around on GTA4 every now and then, but usually plays guitar hero 3 once or twice a month with me.

The Internet is taking away your grammar skills... be careful. It doesn't take much time.

I just had to save that, it reminds me of a friend who laughs in the face of XBOX and SONY, just because he has steam. But if I had the money, I'd get a new pc then buy Rfactor. Although I do need GT5. Oh well, I'll have to live with Forza 3.

I'm on my 2nd one, and it's making some scary noises. The time it took to replace my old bag of crap was less than a week (hoorah), but getting the thing sent off was just painful.

I had a launch console that was fine for almost 3 years that got the RROD, that got replaced free of charge within a week. Then a few months ago that one went aswell and I fixed it myself.
Not bad really. When you look at how many hours a week it gets used it is more reliable than most of my electronic devices.
