I have used it a lot to test drive various cars, especially when it 1st came out, like a comparison between the real 330i and the game just to see how realistic it was, now somtimes i will buy cars stock just to see how they go there.

how come you only got a 7:22 fully tuned. I know its a lot of difference but i got a 7:33 in a standard NSX-R ( apart from Racing Hard Tyres)

I put in a 5:39:914 in my Nissan R92CP (Black) last night.
Full stage 4 turbo. Gearing ratio set to 20. Qualifying tyres. Body rigidity refresher (makes a big difference...)

It's a lot more stable at high speed than the blue/white one. No longer do I have to put up with "stay on target....200....stay on target....220....stay on target....smash...."

I'm sure I can get another 5-10 seconds off that.

I can't see how anyone could do it under 5....let alone under 4!

But that thread says "There will be two lists, one for tuned Roadgoing cars, and one for standard Roadgoing cars. As you can see, we wont be submitting Racecar times."

    R92CP is a LeMans car....

Since the reason I joined this forum was the GT4 semi-weekly time trials and Nurburgring is arguably the most interesting racetrack there I just had to let you guys know that during late May I made a short trip to the Nurburgring.

My friends at the Axis of Overster who made the trip with me asked me to write about my experience as a newcomer. Here it is:

Axis Of Oversteer: From Bogota to Bergwerk: A first timer's trip to the Green Hell

It was amazing. I rented a 120i for the first day and a 330i for the second. Going back on topic, during "practice" for the trip in GT4 I did 8:10 in the 330i, and in reality I did probably closer to 9 min 30. It's that different...
