    Hi!
    I dont’t wanna be a smart ass, but I tell you something:

    German cars lesson 1:
    Audi ist the latin word for „Horch“ (constitutor August Horch). It’s a coincidence that the name „Horch“ means „hear“ in german. So you can speak Audi like „Audi(o)“.
    I don’t know how to explain how to pronounce Audi in German. It’s like Au-stralia.
    Check this out: Please enter "Audi" in the Line after "German" and click "Play"
    Try this with Porsche, too

    Not that it matters much to me, since as long as you know more-or-less what who refers to, you're alright.

    But just as a point of interest, here's how I say it:

    Porsche = Pohrsh
    Murcielago = More-thia-lagoh
    Gallardo = Gah-ee-ardoh
    Peugeot = Purr-zhow
    Audi = Ow-dee
    Williams = Williams (not as Murray liked it Wheelliams)
    Countach = Koon-tash
    Subaru = Sue-bar-ooh
    Mitsubishi = Meet-sue-bee-shee
    Hyundai = Hey-oohn-die
    BMW = YEEHAAAH!
    Volkswagen = Folks-vag-uhn (this g is like clearing your throat of a hard-headed piece of snot no, more like when you accidently swallowed a fly while driving on your bicycle as a child)
    Alfa-Romeo = Al-fah Row-mee-oh
    Kawasaki = Ka-wah-sah-kee

    Anyone else speak the same way? (Hey, you say Pah-tay-toe I say Puh-tah-toe!)

Its prounounced Cun-tash as well, oh and its Ow-dee, and Saleen is pronounced Sa-leen, not Say-leen, thats what they put in your mothers tits. Goddamn you should just give give up on this man...

    That's not correct. Not everyone. First off all we should come to an agreement what the meaning of our phonetic spelling is, without hearing. Porsch-a could be the same as Porsch-uh...

    Actually, it is "Le Mon".

    The "Le" as in the French "le"; closer to "luh" rather than "lee".

    Only the "s" is silent from "Mans".

    I've heard it from genuine French people!
    Thanks for all the fish
