W125 #5 (streamlined speed-record-car)
first version had a 5.57 litre V12 with 570hp. Rudolf Caracciola reached 395kph, but the car was dangerous, the front lifted at that speed.
So they rebuilt it and also brought in more power: 736hp
In that years it was possible to get a full day on the Autobahn (it was blocked for record-days, not even think about that today ) and Caracciola reached in the new version 432,7kph on the Autobahn between Frankfurt/Main and Darmstadt. The highest speed ever reached on public roads!

Wow, netburner.
Thanks for the hundreds, if not thousands, of images you've uploaded over the past week.
"Kimi, can you improve on your [race] finish?"
"No. My Finnish is fine; I am from Finland. Do you have any water?"
