Le Mans winning McLaren F1 GTR in full detail ...
At yesterday's Goodwood Press Day, we were treated to a preview of the upcoming Festival of Speed and Revival Meeting in July and September respectively. One of the highlights was the first dynamic appearance of the 1995 24 Hours of Le Mans winning McLaren F1 GTR. The last GT car to win the classic endurance race, chassis 01R was retained by McLaren and had not been seen driven in public since the 1995 Goodwood Festival of Speed. Accordingly, the car is completely original and all that was needed to get the car driving again was cleaning the fuel lines. We used this very rare opportunity to capture every detail of this very important machine. The result is this 42-shot gallery, which also includes images and details of four other F1 GTR chassis.
A full preview of the two Goodwood events with an action-packed gallery will follow tomorrow.
Earlier this week, SRT launched this Viper TA. This time attack version of the road car will be built in limited numbers and boasts a lighter and stiffer chassis.

If you should see a man walking down a crowded street talking aloud to himself, don't run in the opposite direction, but run towards him, because he's a poet. You have nothing to fear from the poet - but the truth.
