    Second hand Maserati 3200 GT

I've just been on eBay and I searched the Maserati 3200 GT. I was amazed to find out how cheap they were i think they are amazing value for money. You can pick a Second hand 3200 GT for “between” £11,000 - £13,000, that’s quite cheap for a good looking Italian V8. Hears one example I found on eBay

Hears so info for the car i found.

I think the major reason they drop in value the way they do is because its a car that costs Ferrari money to maintain, but isn't a Ferrari.

I can imagine these have quite high costs to maintain them, and these were the models before they came back stateside and I thought I remembered hearing the early 3200 GTs just weren't very good or were only OK.

Be prepared for the insane cost of ownership.

Looks like a nice buy if you're into that sort of thing- seeing it in the shop rather than driving it.

so this one has 40,000 miles, 4 owners and no mentioning about service history. A prime recipe to stay away from such cars, unless you are perfectly capable pf carrying out your own maintenance. These cars will be like Biturbos, cheap to buy but expensive to run.....

About the service history. This car has a full service history, sorry I didn't mention it. But like you said this car will be very expensive to run, but saying that I think this car is a very good example of the Masarti 3200 GT

I often see European sports cars for Honda Accord money, but as you guys said, it's the maintenance that'll get you. But still, I wonder just how awful a $16,000 Porsche 911 Carrera would be to maintain given a sizable list of recent maintenance work.
I'm dropping out to create a company that starts with motorcycles, then cars, and forty years later signs a legendary Brazilian driver who has a public and expensive feud with his French teammate.
