Keep in mind that GTA IV's rendition of Liberty City is very, very different from the rendition we saw in GTA III. It's more accurately based on New York City now (and even parts of New Jersey), and apparently NYC officials aren't very pleased with that.Originally Posted by Cotterik

It wouldn't be a racing game if the cars weren't delimited. ESPECIALLY the Skyline because people would cry about how it lacks its theoretical 500 KM/H V-Max top speed.

the game has been confirmed for europe for March 28th. But it goes onto the PSN a day earlier. Source.
so it comes out earlier in europe than it does in the US. rare..

True, but I'm not going to be surprised if we don't see them. PD had a chance for Lamborghini with GT3, but jumped the gun before the company agreed. The amount of cars available won't be a problem anyways.
