    Happy New Year

What's everyone's plans for the rest of the year? Which is 8 hours and 20 minutes for me, slightly more for others.

More so, what's everyones plans for the actual year-end? I'm considering going into the city to shoot the fireworks, but I'm a bit worried about 500,000 people + alcohol...

    Tell us your plans!

24 hours 57 minutes for me.

My plans are to go to peoples house and hang out, exciting, I know.

I don't know where I'll be yet, but I do know this much. I will be intoxicated.

Just got a few people coming round and we'll just drink. Most of my mates have gone to Sydney for NYE, which is just made of fail.

I'm gonna get good and Whisky drunk. I don't even know where. Over at some homies' house, probably.

If all goes to plan, I'll get in a fight with a teenager and spend the first hours of 2008 in the back of a police cruiser trying to explain that 'that there sumbich was lookin' at me cross-ways.'

I'm gonna be lame and spend it with my folks. I've spent the rest of the year with them, why change?

Plus, Canberran NYE celebrations = Fail.

We'll be 12-14 of my near friends for a nice dinner and a good lot of wine.
Later there will probably be "some" booze and champagne.
And the party will most certainly don't end until we get cabs home, which is the biggest problem on new years eve.. 4-5 am at earliest..

It's now 11:18 am here, so its now 12 hours and 42 minutes to 2008 kicks of..

    Happy new year to everyone!

You booze-hound, you. I'll be at a friend's planning how to take over the world in 2008, or how to stop global warming. At any rate it will be momentous.
If you should see a man walking down a crowded street talking aloud to himself, don't run in the opposite direction, but run towards him, because he's a poet. You have nothing to fear from the poet - but the truth.

At a friends house, with to much beer to bare. And some Champagne.
Also bought "some" Fireworks, so we can start 2008 with a Bang.

4 hours and 36 minutes left. Will be at home tonight, I think, then in a village for a couple days (say, January 2-3)
