PS3 killed X360

Literally.

John Davison of 1up found this out the hard way. He keeps both is 360 and PS3 in his entertainment center. They are both enclosed in a cabinet, which he knows isn’t good for them when they are running. Well, the 360 does just fine while closed up, but his PS3 heats up very quickly, so he must leave the door open when playing it.


Unfortunately his son decided to pick up his SIXAXIS controller and pretend to play along with his brother while he played on the Xbox 360. Well, he hit the PS button kicking on the PS3, and after a short while heated up so much that it fried his 360. Ouch.

fried the 360? as in..burnt it? I know the early playstation models are always loud and hot but I fail to see how it could actually 'fry' it

I don't like PlayStation, I have a 1997 Playstation but it's rubbish. 'DUH' I hear you all say... Then in 2003 I moved to Xbox, I love how they work so much, especially the controllers, now I find it difficult to use PS controlers, oh well, not my loss... I hate how one new console comes out and then the other company has to bring out a new one to try beating it, who really cares..!? At the end of the day it's personal preferences when it come to buying one. Next month I'm going to splash out on a new Xbox360, steering wheel, games and a racing chair that you connect your wheel and pedals to to add to the experience. No PS3 for me thanks.

^^Original playstation was awesome. dont diss it! it did nothing wrong.

As for next-gen consoles. Living room boxes. I.e mini versions of the latest PC machines that are already better. That didnt used to be the case when the Playstation was out. Therefore not having a flaw was its ultimate success story
