i know its not beer, but im really into Gaymers cider right now..
As far as beer goes, i'm very picky. Guiness is great. Tiger Beer is either really nice on a hot day or just disgusting otherwise imho. Carling is the standard around here are its nice when cooled.

The worst beer I've ever had; Fuller's Organic Honey Dew, had to abandon the bottle after a few sips. Special flavored beers have been on my warning bells - list since.
Of the more mainstream brands, I have to say Heineken and Fosters are pretty bad. Karjala is probably the worst Finnish brand. And I wouldn't touch anything that says light. I'm usually more interested in drinking good beers to be able to determine which one would be worst. Apart from the honey crap.

I grade on two levels:
1. Good beers (from, say, Sam Adams on up); beers I like the flavor of on an absolute scale.
2. Budget beers (Schlitz, Lone Star, PBR, etc.) These are not beers that I necessarily like, but they are the ones I can afford with any regularity, and of course there's ones that I like better than others.
211 is still the nastiest stuff I've ever had.

Once fanboyism infects you it impares all your judgement.
It's like being drunk, you lack common sense and everyone laughs at you.
