    Who Is This?

I showed this photo to a small group of car guys (about 8-9) and only one knew the answer.

Then I showed 3 other friends and no one knew the correct answer.

I was surprised, so I thought I would ask here. Can anyone tell me who the person in the photo is? If anyone outside of the U.S. gets it right, I will be really impressed.

Yeah, you got it! 1859 (or 1860, depending on the source) to 1881.

Very good. One of the "other car friends" is well over 60 years old and he didn't get it.

Do you mean the photo was reversed? Yes, it was. For years, many people thought he was left-handed because of this photo until some noticed that the rifle was loaded from the left in that photo and that rifle is loaded from the right.

I'm dropping out to create a company that starts with motorcycles, then cars, and forty years later signs a legendary Brazilian driver who has a public and expensive feud with his French teammate.
