came across a new 5-series earlier near Uni, I still maintain that it looks like a bigger, more grown up version of the 3-series being tickled...

Just refreshed my memory on the 166.

Saw the prefacelift looks like this.

That is one of - if not the most - hideous front ends I have ever seen on a modern car.

I agree that the facelift is better (a rare thing at Fiat these days) but the original is good looking too.

I also vastly prefer the facelifted model. The pre- looks depressed..

Thats what i thought but the car that instantly attracted my attention wasn't the Renault. It was the Peugeot 407 wich is parked on the left side behind the tree. Simply one of the ugliest front ends in history.

An audi A4 (B6) with silver tape on the front bumper to complete the one piece grill found on the B7. poor.

Also this. Not sure the puma lacked rear downforce.

Amongst the usual Kit Cars at Stoneleigh this year there were also these four things.

    Nissan Cube, cool little thing.

Fiat Panda 100BHP, I just really like these.

    Westfields Electric Racer.

    Honda S800 Coupé.

Seems like you are not very familiar with the Dutch automotive industry then?

Maybe this one will refresh your memory

The Chevrolet Spark. One hell of an ugly city car.
I miss the Daewoo Matiz now.

Also, the new 5 Series doesn't look new at all, just bigger than a present 3 Series.
