    This list is not the official one and a lot of the cars on the list are not in the game. For example, there's no Lamborghini in the game while several are listed here. The official NTSC list is here.

    The European list isn't very different. I think it may include the classic Mini and that's it.

    I believe it has been released this past week all across Europe, not just the Netherlands. It has already been out in Japan for a few weeks I think.
