    By now it seems one could have a real good chance in suing Ferrari for negligence. The car seems to not be controlled by normal people,with normal driving skills. Maybe some driver training ?

    Hmm, shows that tarction control isn't that good. He was full lock, on the throttle and just understeered straight into the wall, rather than prehaps flicking the back out and causing a less severe crash or just a spin
