Is this a case of "duplicate" historic 356 racers?
Here's one of my favorites, a T5 Notchback. This rare body shape is actually faster than a standard coupe.
The second is my own T6 356S Notchback (#202247) to illustrate the roofline. About to install the engine,
should be done with it by February. Street power is a 2.0 SC, I've also commissioned Dean Polopolous to build a 2.0 Polo 4.

That's one of the "Three Sisters", #202153. So called because 3 cars with sequential numbers (-152 & -154) are all the same color. We're a small group but have a little registry to account for the remaining Karmann hardtops, too many have been cut into cabriolets.

One more to add to the list ... it's unclear how many remain, we've only recently been gathering data.

By the way, Pieter a little researched showed me that #50166 is a 1953 Reutter Coupe, and the car of our pictures was entered by Manfredo Lippmann in the 1953 Carrera Panamericana. So it's probably the same car.
Lack of charisma can be fatal.
Visca Catalunya!
