Basically, Champion will run an R10.

I thought that Champion was mothballing their race shop and relocating/temporarily laying off race team employees.
Team Goh when they won Le Mans was pretty heavily supported by Audi...with their mechanics and all....Champion's racing operation were always run by the same people, not Audi/Joest's people. Back earlier Audi pretty much give them financial/technical support, but their crew and operation is all Champion.

A Hard Rain
already outdated as Audi did decide to drop ALMS also but it is always interesting to hear what Andrew has to say, especially in this case with regard to diesel promotion in the USA.

Should Comcast, which is buying NBC, have more motorsports coverage on VERSUS and now NBC? Does North America need a racing tv channel? Find the answer to that exact question on facebook.
Dunlop tyres have been noted to be significantly cheaper than Michelins and the performance seems to be finally there.
It does seem odd that Audi pulled the plug. VW recently competed in the 2008 Baja 1000 with a V-12 diesel.
ALMS: Vici Racing with 3 911s
Tires not announced, but Kumhos used in 2008 except for last round which had Dunlops.
