    Not where I will be. We will be rather far from the major commercial areas, and I expect it to be much more pedestrian.

    FYI, I will be in Sasebo-shi, Nagasaki Prefecture

    An accident when a kid turning right and a guy going straight from the other direction both decided to run the same yellow traffic light. Just a light t-boning, no major injuries to the people but the cars were pretty munted. Still, musta been worth running the light to maybe save the minute that would've been wasted waiting for them to change again...

    Recent cars spotted:
    Renault 8 rusting away in a driveway in Toongabbie;
    A very nice looking white MGB (with chrome bumpers) seen a few times at Bella Vista;
    White Datsun 120Y station wagon at Bella Vista (these things must be bullet proof - you would have expected them to have disappeared by now, but they haven't);
    Blue Mitsubishi Magna Grand Tourer at Bella Vista;
    And an aggresively driven Hillman Imp (white with a red flash on the side) which overtook me on the Old Windsor Road at Seven Hills.....

    We were heading west along Victoria Road at Ryde last night and saw a late 1930s (?) Packard heading in the other direction.

    This morning in traffic, a Ferrari 166 MM... around noon a 400 SuperAmerica, an unrestored 335S and one of the Carrera Panamericana
    cars (not sure which one) and this afternoon three red 512 Testarossas driving together. Cavallino is back in town this weekend.
    Will keep a camera in the car for the next few days.

    Speaking of Fords reminds me that I saw a light blue and white Ford Zephyr (the late 1950s early 60s one). I thought it looked quite nice until I saw the front - it had a pretty awful looking home made grille in place of the original, and was topped by a Mercedes Benz star....

    A white M3, over here these kind of cars are rare sights.

    You can really tell the difference from a regular 3 series from the tires alone.

    Mercedes 280 3,5 sedan - indeed a rare catch around here - being trailered, presumably it was a fresh purchase as the car looked in pretty good shape.

    Also saw a Fiat 500 today, it's the first one I've seen being driven around here.

    Nissan Leaf.

    Not too big of a car, it's about the size of a Toyota Matrix.

    I wanted to see more of the interior, but the windows were all fogged up from the heavy rain that we got today.

    I wonder how the owner thinks of the range since there was no charging station in the parking lot.

    Saw another Fiat 500 today. The things must be taking off in this area. Strange because the nearest dealer is 2 hours' drive from here.
