I hear the 429cid engine belonging to Ford's '385' series V8 was even heavier than their 'FE' 428 design, so talk about the proverbial lead tipped arrow. But yeah, insofar as styling goes, those 1969 Boss 429 Mustangs were about the best looking pony car ever bult imho.

Btw Jack Brabham owned one of these painted in Wimbledon White, for road use while living in the UK, that from new had been converted at great expense to AWD (Ferguson Formula) of which I have a pic and fairly recent 4-sale magazine feature

An SRT-10 Dodge Viper, the Coupe in black paint and interior, or the new ACR. Painful, violent, and looks like the only thing ever on it's mind is murderous rampage.

Yea, I put the Boss up there for its badass styling. I put the GT350 up there because it was just plain badass.

Speaking of Vipers, I read somewhere that this was produced in limited numbers. Is that true??

It looks like the Competition Coupe of which quite a few were made. They are still raced.
If you should see a man walking down a crowded street talking aloud to himself, don't run in the opposite direction, but run towards him, because he's a poet. You have nothing to fear from the poet - but the truth.
