I think they were more "never noticed" then "forgotten" .
Ive never heard of them. (were they sold in america? because that would explain a lot.)

the one one the right i beleive was sold as a maxima in the us
He came dancing across the water
    With his galleons and guns
    Looking for the new world
In that palace in the sun
    On the shore lay Montezuma
With his cocoa leaves and pearls

my dad had a maxima and trust me, it didnt look anything like that one
oh yea, and if your looking for a reliable car, do get a maxima, they last for probably ever

my dad, had like a 1991 maxima (used) had it for about 10 years, and he never had any problems with it, ran great, lots of room. he used it up to where it had about 150,000 miles on it and decided he wanted a cooler/faster car and got a 2001 eclipse

Actually, it was the Infiniti I35 - which was essentially a rebadged and slightly reskinned Maxima.
I'm going to eat breakfast. And then I'm going to change the world.

Its actually called the Cefiro in Japan. ONce upn a time the Cefiro and Maxima were different cars (Late 80's/Very Early 90's) and the Cefiro was RWD round then. Now In the Japanese Domestic Market the Cefiro has been Superceded by the Teana, which is called the Maxima in New Zealand.

    Confused?

I have this feeling that 90% of all Nissans are forgotten.
Would it be possible, to play forever?
The conclusion reached was that a player is inevitably doomed to lose.
