    Growin' up ain't easy

Sup motherbitches???? Long time no post. Is anyone still here? Anyway I've had my fair share of automobiles lately, but most recently I traded in my GTI, dusted off my corny joke book, pulled on my sweater vest, asked the GF to marry me, and bought a dadmobile. Yes a goddamned highly practical four door (for more whores), economical, German luxobarge in the form of a Shadow Blue Metallic 2011 VW CC. Hell yes. 6MT too, because even though I stooped to the levels of fathers across the country, I managed to retain my ballsack. I'm going to shut up now and force you to look at this shitty picture from my iPhone and its lovely Instagram filter.

Anyway, congratulations on everything. Including the car.

Indeed, women and cocaine haven't killed me yet.

All I got to say is Ha Ha. I'm never growing up. That is until I do.

So, after seeing a few old members post on Facebook, I thought I'd check in and see how everyone's doing! Even though I do log-in from time to time, It seems quite a bit has changed.

Congrats badda; which engine does that have? 95+% of them are 2.0 TDI dullboxes here.

I have to say that if I lived in the United States of Freedomland and needed / wanted a saloon, I'd take advantage of the incredibly cheap fuel prices (speaking as a Brit) and run something with a minimum of 6-cylinders and rear wheel drive.

I have a 72 c20. Still has rear drum brakes. I'm gonna put an overdrive tranny in it. Would swapping out rear end be better than a brake conversion kit? I also want a higher gear ratio in differential. If so, what year? Do they even make a kit for 3/4 tons?

    Congrats on the engagement!

Don't feel bad, my driveway currently hosts a minivan and a 20 year old Civic.
